Echeveria 'Bella Rouge' seems to be a hybrid with Echeveria nodulosa, where it seems to inherit its chiseled leaf markings and red spots on edges and surface of the leaves itself. The chiseled look of the leaves seems to resemble the chiseled form of Echeveria xihuensis as well. It has a short flower stalk that splits into multiple branches.
